Bio: Judy (Southerland) Land, is a life-long resident of Cleburne County, having grown up in the northeastern part of Cleburne County and is a 1974 graduate of Concord High School. She married Tommy Land in 1975, and they raised their children, Evan and Jaime, on a small farm just south of Heber Springs. Judy had the privilege of being a “stay at home” wife during these years - home-schooling their children, helping on the farm, and serving as treasurer for their church.

After Evan and Jaime grew up, and they sold the farm, Judy went to work outside the home. In 2014, she was elected Cleburne County Assessor and had the honor to serve three terms before retiring at the end of 2022.
