Bio: Born and raised in South Carolina, Dr. Julia Allen began her journey in medicine after serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Gabon, West Africa—where she met her husband, Todd. Following medical school, she moved to Arkansas in 1997 to complete her residency, eventually settling in Batesville in 2000.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Allen has been a dedicated family physician at Batesville Family Care Clinic, where she has built lasting relationships with her patients and community. She and Todd have made Batesville their home, raising two children, Katie and Jack, and remaining deeply rooted in the community they love.
